Transparency as Part of the Luludi’s Sustainability

The Roma Women and Youth Association “Luludi” has started with implementation of the project “Transparency as Part of the Luludi’s Sustainability” at 15th of June 2019.

The aim of the project is to strengthen its organization capacities on transparent reporting to the general public, donors and collaborators. RWYA Luludi will enhance the team capacities of transparent reporting about the work of the organization, introducing rules and practices for regular reporting to all stakeholders, preparation of audit documents, organization reports (narrative and financial reports) and other documentation in order to report the achieved results from implemented activities.

Project Activities:

  • Preparation of annual organization audit reports for the past two years, 2017 and 2018.
  • Training for acquisition skills for preparation transparent reporting documents, i.e. skills for writing annual narrative and financial reports.
  • Writing annual narrative and financial reports, with mentor support.
  • Design annual reports and its publication on the website and shared with a network of collaborators and donors.

Expected results of the project:

  • Prepared 2 Auditor’s reports of the organization for 2017 and 2018;
  • Created List of proposals and suggestions for improvement of the organization’s work;
  • Gaining skills for preparation of data and documentation needed for the organization’s audit;
  • Prepared of two annual narrative and financial reports;
  • Prepared Rulebook of the organization about document preparation for transparent reporting;
  • Published two annual narrative and financial reports of the organization on the official Luludi’s website, and distributed to stakeholders, collaborators, donors and members of the organization.

Period of the project implementation is five months, and the project budget is 246,000 denars.

The project is implemented with the support of the program “Sustainable Civil Society – State Funding for CSOs”. The program is implemented by the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation (MCIC), the Balkan Civil Society Development Network (BCSDN) and the Center for Informing Cooperation and Development of Civil Society Organizations (CNVOS) from Slovenia. The program is funded by the EU.
